"Honestly, it didn’t help me stay consistent"
I signed up hoping it would give me more support with staying on track, but it ended up feeling hands-off. The advice was kind of basic, and I didn’t really feel like anyone was checking in or helping me build a routine. I can see how it might work for some people, but for me, it just wasn’t worth the money.

"I’m still not feeling very confident about…"
I’m still not feeling very confident about the whole experience. It kind of felt like I was getting passed around from one person to another, and I never really got a clear answer or felt like anyone fully took ownership of helping me. I was hoping to feel more reassured by the end, but I’m still left with some doubts.

"I picked up some genuinely useful ideas…"
I picked up some genuinely useful ideas from the lessons, especially for connecting with my dog during our everyday training. A few parts felt a bit slow, and I’ll be honest, I didn’t end up using every single thing. But I’m glad I stuck with it because I would’ve hated to miss out on the tips that actually helped us stay calmer and spend better time together. It made me feel like we weren’t losing the progress we’d already made.

"Not sure why it didn’t stick"
I used Baxter and Bella for a few months, and I’m kind of confused because I really thought we’d see more long-term progress. Some of the tips made sense and helped a little here and there, but my dog still had the same issues in the end. Maybe it works better for other people, but for us it just felt like a waste of time and money.

"Helpful little community"
I’ve been using Baxter & Bella for a few weeks now, the community part has been helpful. I had this question about crate training, and people jumped in quickly with stuff that worked for them and that kind of thing. It’s not perfect, and I do still have to dig around sometimes to find what I need, but overall it feels friendly and useful. I’m glad I joined.

"I liked that the course didn’t just…"
I liked that the course didn’t just throw everything at us all at once. It built up slowly, kind of step by step, and that made a big difference. I usually get lost when courses jump straight into the complicated stuff, but here I could actually follow along. Randomly, it reminded me of learning a recipe where you prep things first before cooking, not the same thing, obviously, but that’s how it felt. Overall, it helped me stay comfortable and not feel like I was falling behind.

"Helpful for potty training, but a bit general"
I mainly used Baxter & Bella for help with potty training our puppy. Some of the advice was definitely useful, especially the schedule ideas and the crate reminders, which helped us get into a better routine. But at the same time, some of the answers felt kind of general, like I still had to figure out a lot myself and... yeah. It wasn’t bad, just not as hands-on as I was hoping. I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

"Some tips helped, but behavior still rough"
I tried a few of the tips and they actually helped a bit, so that was nice. But overall the behavior was still kind of rough and didn’t really improve as much as I was hoping. It feel like there’s some good advice here, just not enough to fully fix the issue yet.

"Felt Like My Questions Didn’t Matter"
I was hoping to get a little more guidance from the trainer, but it felt like they were just trying to get through everything as quickly as possible. When I asked questions, the answers felt rushed and kind of brushed off, which made me feel dismissed. I left still unsure about a few things and a bit disappointed.

"The chewing tips really helped"
I wasn’t sure the chewing tips would make much of a difference, but they actually worked for us. You try a few small changes and suddenly things feel a lot easier.

"Way calmer than before"
We started out with a puppy who pretty much ignored us unless I had treats in my hand. The Baxter & Bella obedience lessons gave us an easy order to follow, and after a couple weeks the stay and come practice finally started to click. I really like that I can rewatch things when I forget what Im supposed to do. We arent perfect yet, but walks and dinner time are so much calmer now.

"Great for getting the whole family on the same page"
We signed up because we wanted our kids to be involved in training our puppy too, i’m really glad we trusted our gut on it. The lessons are simple enough for them to follow, and it’s helped all of us use the same words so we’re not confusing the dog. I also really appreciate that questions get answered, even the little ones. It feels like the whole family is being coached, not just one person.

"I really wanted this to be useful because…"
I really wanted this to be useful because I’m brand new to having a puppy and felt overwhelmed. Some of the advice was okay, but it didn’t really explain things in a way that held my hand through the basics. And this is where it got annoying: I’d have these really simple beginner questions, but I still felt like I had to go off and figure most of it out on my own. Maybe it’s better if you already have some experience with dogs, but as a first-time puppy owner, it just didn’t feel worth it for me.

"Pretty Solid Overall"
It worked well for me overall. Nothing too over-the-top, but it did what I needed and I didn’t run into any major issues. I’d say it’s worth considering if you’re looking for something simple and reliable

It was easy to understand and there weren’t any big surprises, which I appreciated. That said, given the situation, I expected some kind of apology or at least a little acknowledgment.

"I was really hoping this would…"
I was really hoping this would help with both my puppy and my older dog, but it felt more geared toward one age/stage at a time. There were a few useful tips, but I kept feeling pressured to make it fit my situation and had to adjust a lot on my own. For the price, I expected more guidance for a home with dogs at different ages.

"Helpful support, but scheduling felt a bit frustrating"
I liked that they offer one-on-one support because it definitely made things less stressful with our puppy. That said, it took a little while to find a time that worked, and at moments I felt a bit ignored while waiting to get it sorted out. Once we finally connected, the trainer was kind and gave us some really useful tips, so overall it was a good experience.

"I ended up having to cancel…"
I ended up having to cancel my plan, and the refund came back, just like they said it would. It took a few days, but support was nice about it, so no major complaints.
